Before you enter a card
A token is roughly three-quarters of a word. 1,000 words of English output is about 1,300 tokens, and the input you send counts too. Every generation shows its cost before you confirm, and the dashboard keeps a running balance, so nothing is spent invisibly.
The tools pause, your documents stay exactly where they are, and you can either buy a token pack or wait for the monthly reset. Nothing is deleted and nothing auto-charges.
Monthly plan tokens do not roll over. Tokens bought as a pack never expire. If you routinely finish the month with a large surplus, you are on the wrong plan and should move down.
Any time, from the dashboard, without contacting anyone. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Yes. If you have used less than 10% of a plan's monthly tokens, email support within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Beyond that we handle it case by case, and we would rather refund you than argue.
